During the opening session, Chairman Wang Laixing extended a heartfelt welcome to the new employees. He highlighted Xianheng International’s 36-year journey of adhering to the values of “Integrity & Focus, Unity & Pragmatism, Customer First, and People-Oriented Development.” He emphasized the company’s mission of “creating value for customers, guiding the industry, contributing to society, and building a shared future with employees.” His inspiring words and tireless entrepreneurial spirit injected strong momentum into the newcomers.

President Xia Jianwen, drawing on 21 years of experience, encouraged the new team members to stay true to their original aspirations, remain grateful, continuously enhance their capabilities, refine professional habits, strengthen detail-oriented management, and achieve value creation through goal-oriented practices.

Interactive activities further enriched the program. A task-based orientation combined with exhibition hall exploration, product learning, and corporate knowledge helps new employees quickly establish a holistic understanding of the company. Meanwhile, a timed “Cultural Decoding Challenge” deepened cultural alignment while fostering innovation and teamwork.
